We deal with all aspects of tenancy and property management so you can relax in the knowledge that you have guaranteed rent and none of the stress.

There are no hidden costs when you rent your properties with BHT. Estate Agents may charge around 15% commission and additional fees for management, rent collection, arranging repairs etc. We agree a rental amount with you at the start of the lease and will not charge any additional fees on top.
